Nickel 200 has a Solidus of 1435 °C (2615 °F) The Liquidus is 1446 °C (2635 °F). 200 Alloy has a Melting Point of 2615 - 2635 °F (1435 - 1446 °C). Nickel 200 has a Thermal Conductivity of 487 BTU-in/hr-ft²-°F (70.2 W/m-K). The Specific Heat Capacity is 0.109 BTU/lb-°F (0.456 J/g-°C). The linear CTE is 7.39 µin/in-°F (13.3 µm/m-°C). Nickel Alloy ni200 has a Curie Temperature of 680 °F (360 °C).

Comparing Nickel 200 vs 201, Nickel 200 is commercially pure, it has low electrical resistivity and it displays good resistance to corrosion. N02200 material is much alike Nickel 200, but it is a low carbon modification of it. 2.4066 material has an Ultimate Tensile Strength of 72,000 psi.
